Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  

EXCHANGES ONLY for a different size, an item of equal value, or damaged item. Must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, your exchange must meet our requirements below to be eligible. Please contact us via email before returning/exchanging your item, so we can make sure to handle your exchange correctly.  Please reference your original order number in that email and send to: feralwitchchildinfo@gmail.com  We do not offer cash or money-back refunds. Exchanges only.  

For Returns Online: 

Please include a note (or include receipt inside the package) with the order number, and your name.  Credits are processed for the amount of the items + tax only (no shipping is refunded) 

Guidelines for Exchanges:
1. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition.  No stains, marks, smoke/smells, or any damage to the article

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred for sending the items back to us and we cannot reimburse you for these costs (unless we made a mistake on the original order or the items arrived damaged/defective)
